PIANURA DI TERRA D'OTRANTO
Made purely from Negroamaro grapes, it expresses sensations typical of the deep, fertile soils of the Terra d'Otranto Plain area, which extends from east to west of the peninsula and is crossed by strong winds, mostly from the north, during the growing season.
Negroamaro wine of a ruby red colour with hints of spices and red berries on the nose and a full and persistent taste on the palate.
SERRE DI TERRA D'OTRANTO
It comes from the pure vinification of Negroamaro grapes in the Serre di Terra d'Otranto area, an area of small hills characterised by limestone soils, shallow and poor in organic substance. Located in the extreme south of the peninsula, it is exposed to the sea winds of the Ionian Sea to the west and the Adriatic Sea to the east.
This Negroamaro wine is ruby red in colour with violet hues, with elegant balsamic and mineral hints on the nose and a fresh and intense taste on the palate.
LACRIMA DI ALBERELLO
Our Castello Frisari Rosato, produced in purity from Negroamaro grapes in the Serre di Terra d'Otranto area, is the result of the traditional "a lacrima" vinification. Slow fermentation of the must obtained from the first pressing of the grapes.
Thanks to its delicate scents reminiscent of the fruit and its distinct flavour, it stands out in its uniqueness as a fresh, intense and elegant wine.
